What I can do as a Menopausal Coach is help make long term sustainable lifestyle changes that help you feel your best through all stages from Peri-Post-and Menopause.We will work closely to determine realistic mini steps as to how to navigate and reach goals with support ,encouragement and to also balance what life throws up for us
