About Me

Hi! I’m Foluke, a qualified Personal Trainer and Menopause Coach based in West Norwood.

My personal journey began during childhood with my own love of movement whether it was a ballet class, tap or modern dance classes, playing on the netball team or Kung Fu training which I attended for many years.

These days, I predominantly train with weights – especially kettlebells – and boxing for fitness cardio and coordination plus a plethora of other equipment from my magic box. 

My love of fitness and the encouragement of others led me to set up my own training and fitness classes in the heart of our vibrant community in South London. Since qualifying as a Personal Trainer with the YMCA I have worked with a wide range of clients from those that have a specific fitness goal, to those that wish to maintain and extend their level of fitness. 

 

We all need a cheerleader to root for us and keep us on the right track and I can give you the support as someone qualified; guiding and encouraging you on your fitness journey. I enjoy creating personal programmes for my one to one clients; working out individual programmes tailored to your needs.

My Zoom classes are well structured, fun and we work hard.
