I have been training with Foluke since 2019. I first attended her classes at the local community room, but when COVID hit she moved online. If there was one thing I wasn’t going to miss it was this class, it was a real lifeline.
I love coming to Foluke’s class. She has a gentle forceful nature which keeps you going. She is the motivation that we all need, but somehow can’t find for ourselves. So overall very satisfied.
Foluke mixes the exercise up, so every six weeks she tweaks it, so that you’re body is challenged in a different way. I’ve stepped up my training recently as I joined the espresso session on Monday and Friday mornings, alongside the regular weekly class. These have made a vast difference to my overall fitness.
I would highly recommend Foluke as an instructor and really gives a range of classes which hopefully suit everyone. She also welcomes everyone into the community and we support each other even though sometimes online its hard to connect with people.
Although you do a class with other people and you’re all doing the same exercises, she makes it about you and your personal strength. It is the least competitive class I have ever been to. This was both when they were in the community and online. It’s about what you can do and how you challenge yourself!
Coming to Foluke’s class is a release from all the week’s challenges, but it puts the focus back on to yourself. You feel a huge sense of relief and achievement once you have finished a class. Physically I am feeling a lot fitter than I have for many years. I’ve recently started training for a half marathon, pretty much from a standing start, as I am not a runner and haven’t done so for many years. The strength I have built up over the last few years through Foluke’s Fitness means I have strong legs and an overall fitness which has meant my training has started really well and I have enough in the tank to go longer if I need to. My energy levels are no longer dipping during the day, which I think comes down to my body moving in the right way. I feel toned and healthy!

I have been very satisfied with the results I have been making and feel more confident in what I can achieve.
The in person training sessions definitely pushes me more and Foluke adapts the session to how my body is working at the time ! I feel Highly motivated within the sessions.

I’m 100% sure I’d be much worse off not doing these classes. I always wanted to do strength training without going to the gym, so this is the ideal solution. Doing weights whilst having fun!
I love the fact that I am enjoying the session so much that I forget that I am actually lifting heavy weights 🙂

I have recently joined Foluke’s fitness after spotting her on Facebook.
What I love is, that she spurs you on to more than you thought you could do with warm but firm encouragement, great music (from drum and bass to interesting electronica) and her own aspirational and energetic modelling of the moves.
Foluke uses the zoom platform very effectively and it’s lovely to see her grin as she leans forward and concentrates on observing and refining what you’re doing.
I do the Boxercise and Kettlercise classes on Monday and Thursday evenings. I have also had a great one to one session with Foluke where she coached me on the Kettlebell moves which really helped my progress.
I’m noticing my fitness and flexibility improving after just 3 weeks and I look forward to the classes as they’re really joyful. Thank you, Foluke.

If you are thinking to start training with Foluke, don’t think twice! Foluke is a very professional personal trainer, with a fun and friendly attitude and a lovely private space. Every training session is different and she adapts it on the spot to meet my energy level or ease my aches and pains. I get really challenged while I know I am also looked after. Foluke really focuses on me and makes sure I am working at the right level all the time.
I can see she truly cares not only about me getting results, but also enjoying the sessions. Her private studio is bright, colourful and welcoming and my morning training really set me up for the day. I met Foluke after years postponing having a P.T. I saw it as a big luxury, so I kept on thinking I could do without, but I reached a point where I felt very unfit and I knew I needed someone to support me in getting back to a routine of exercising regularly. I had tried on my own, but could not be consistent or push myself. I am so glad I found a great trainer and I can say, a new friend in Foluke. Now the hard part is to let her go.

Foluke is an incredible trainer!
I had literally never done anything remotely like this level of exercise before, but at 44 I wanted to finally do something for myself, strengthen my body and feel energised physically and mentally. In just the first few months Foluke has done all this for me and more by designing a considered, focused and challenging strength programme. This is quite simply the best decision I’ve ever made and I’m excited to keep progressing!

Realising that I needed a more personalised approach to my fitness and peri menopause journey, I started training with Foluke at Foluke Fitness since the beginning of the year. I never regret making the effort to start our sessions. I love the feeling of accomplishment at the end of our sessions. I can’t recommend Foluke highly enough as a personal trainer.
Restarting exercise after two decades of physical neglect was something I was dreading, which is why I put it off again and again. However, deciding to take that journey with Foluke has made those tough first steps not the nightmare I was expecting. It has been more like an adventure in the company of a friend. Foluke has been great, tailoring the programme to my timetable and to the specific needs of my body. She challenges me to push for continual improvement but also understands that there are physical constraints that we have to work with. I really feel I am in good hands and as a result, I am starting to feel better in my body and about my body than I have done for years!

I have my Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD-Seasonal affective disorder) this time of the year and this week I’m at my lowest, I hope this is the lowest Today I didn’t have energy to do the class but I’m so glad I did. Foluke is fantastic- she strikes just the right balance between high energy fun, motivation and form/technique. After any one of her classes I feel both challenged and energised, and it’s really great to feel the improvement from week to week.
